CAMPING MAP

Are the campsites serviced?

There are a limited number of sites with combination 50amp or 30amp electric and water. There are also sites with electric only and some sites with water only. All other sites are primitive camping.
Please refer to the map for locations, available services, campsite size and prices.

NOTE: EVERYTHING, including your vehicle, extended awnings, tie-down straps, etc. MUST fit within your site.

There are NO sewer services or dump stations on site. Several water fill and pump out service trucks are on site all weekend for a nominal fee. Contact ph#s to order water fill or pump-out are in your welcome package at check-in.

I am dropping off a camper for a family member/friend before the festival begins. Do I need a wristband to get onto the site?

Camping check-in opens Thursday at 9am, will remain open each day until approximately 8 pm.
You are welcome to drop off a camper for your family members or friends during front gate hours, 9am – 8pm, on Thursday.

You will be asked to provide your valid Driver’s License to ensure that you exit the grounds.

Starting Friday, everyone will be required to be wearing their RFID wristband in order to enter the grounds.

Is the price of campsites per night or for all 3 days?

When you purchase a campsite, you are purchasing it for all 3 days of the festival. Actually you can camp for 4 nights; move-in begins Thursday.

When are campers expected to leave on Monday after the show?

Check out is 12 noon on Monday.

Does the campsite purchase include festival tickets?

No, these are sold separately. If you want to camp on-site, you must purchase a 3-DAY Festival Ticket; either 3-day General Admission or 3-day Reserved + your campsite.

Does it matter how many people are at my campsite, as long as we have only 1 sleeping unit?

You can have as many people on your campsite as you want, as long as you are following the rules. Everyone on the campsite must have a 3-DAY wristband. NO single day wristbands or non-ticketed visitors permitted in the campgrounds. ALL of your belongings MUST fit on your campsite, no exceptions.

Where are the showers and restrooms?

Showers are located in front of the Exhibition Hall in Section C, in Section F and next to the main baseball stadium.

Restrooms are located throughout the park. Please refer to the Site Map.

Many campers order their own private Porta-potty for their campsite and for the concert bowl. You can order a Porta-potty in the Add-On section of the ticket Shopping Cart.

When do gates officially open?

If you are a camper, you can load in as early as Thursday, from 9:00am-dusk. Camping gates will re-open at 9:00am on Friday. If you arrive for camping to set-up after dusk, you will have to wait until the gates open the next morning. Please plan accordingly.

PARTY PIT

What is the Party Pit?

Get up front and personal with your favorite artists. This is a specially designated stage-front area with a catwalk on two sides. No chairs allowed in this area. Tickets are sold to individual artist performances. Party Pit Passes are NOT an admission ticket to the festival. These are an Add-On Ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the Party Pit?

Yes, you must be 16 years or older or accompanied by an adult at least 21 Years of age or older.

Do you have disabled or handicap seating areas and restrooms?

If you are purchasing in the Reserved Section, chairs are provided for patrons. Please ask an usher to remove a chair for you in order to fit your wheelchair or scooter. Helpful hint; you might want to consider purchasing a seat on the outside of a row, where extra room is provided. In the General Admission section, patrons bring their own chairs. You are welcome to set up wherever you choose.

ADA restrooms are located at each restroom facility.

Please Note: Runaway Country is an outdoor festival; the site is earthy and not paved. While primarily flat and grassy, there are soft, sandy areas and uneven surfaces. Please keep this in mind as you are planning your visit.

Where is Handicap Parking?

There are two different Handicap Parking areas. The First is our free handicap parking located in the general admission lot. There are complimentary ADA assessable busses that will pick you up and take you to the festival gates.

The second lot is located closest to the concert bowl entrance gate, this is our VIP Handicap parking. You will need to purchase VIP handicap Parking, available on this website. Show your Official HNDCP Parking Card when you arrive. A parking host will direct you to your parking area.

Abuse of HNDCP Parking privileges will not be tolerated. Violators will be towed with recovery charges and any fines payable by the violator.

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online or over the phone.

To purchase tickets online click the “Order Tickets” on this website.

To purchase tickets over the phone, call our office 321-549-4204.

What is an RFID wristband?

RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. Your wristband includes a chip that allows you to simply tap the portal at the entrance gate for quick easy access.

The portal reads the chip for secure gate admittance.

Your wristband will be mailed to the address you provide when ordering.

How do I know my credit card and personal info is secure?

Runaway Country uses the most up to date, sophisticated ticketing hardware by Festival Ticketing Inc.

Festival Ticketing handles ticketing for many of the largest Festivals in North America. Your credit card information is NOT kept on file.

Runaway Country does not share your personal information with any person, company or entity. All transactions with Runaway Country and Festival Ticketing Inc. are strictly confidential.

RESERVED SEATING

Can we come and go from Reserved Seating area?

Yes, your seats are provided for you in a fenced, gated section in front of the stage. You will need to tap your wristband on the portal at the RSVD Seating gate each time you re-enter the reserved section.

Tip:Print and carry your confirmation order with your Section, Row and Seat #’s.

Are children free?

Children -any age- in Reserved Sections must have a ticket and a wristband.

(Children 10 and under are free with a paid adult in the General Admission area only.)

Can I share my ticket with a friend since I can only attend one day?

No, tickets and wristbands cannot be shared or split.

Solution: You can choose from Single Day Tickets. This provides the opportunity to enjoy the day(s) of your choice. Please see Ticket Page for single day availability.

GENERAL ADMISSION

What type of chairs can we bring?

Regular, folding patio or beach chairs are permitted. No top canopies, loungers, oversized chairs or metal banquet chairs are allowed.

Can we leave our chairs in position overnight?

No. The site is cleaned each night. Chairs left overnight will be removed.

We have a group of friends joining us. Can we rope off an area?

The festival is the perfect place to party with friends and family. However, roping off or reserving an area is not permitted. We suggest your group arrive at the same time or as close to the same time as possible.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes but only for infants or toddlers. Please note: wagons, handcarts, large back-backs, etc. are not permitted. Prefer to “What to bring and what NOT to bring.”

Kids under 10 are free? Do they need I.D.?

Yes, 10 and under are free with a paid adult in General Admission area only. To avoid confusion or hassle at the Gate, please bring age verification.

STAGE SEATS

How do we get on stage?

Click tickets, then select the artist(s) Stage Seats. Price per Stage Seat varies with each artist. Limited number of Stage Seats are available.

Approx. 20 minutes prior to the set, take your Stage Seat ticket to register at the tent just to the left side of the stage. A host will escort you backstage, then up to your seats on stage.

After the set is over, you return to your seats out front.

Do Stage Seat tickets get us into the Festival?

No, Stage Seats are NOT an admission ticket. They are an Add-On ticket. Think of stage seats as an extra treat!

You must purchase an admission ticket, either single day or a weekend ticket in addition to your Stage Seat ticket. If you are purchasing a Stage Seat with a single day admission ticket, be sure the tickets are for the same day!

What are Stage Seats?

Stage Seats provide a unique opportunity to sit up on stage during your favorite performer’s set.
You get to experience and witness the live action from behind the scenes and at times be up close and personal to the artists. You look out over the crowd from your elevated position either stage left or stage right. Depending on the artist’s audio set-up and their own style of performance, some will play directly to you, others may play out on the catwalk. Some do a combination of both. Either way, it is a unique perspective.

Is there an age requirement for the Stage Seats?

Must be 16 years or older or accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age or older.

TICKETING

What happens if I lose my wristband? Can I get a replacement?

Yes, as long as you have registered it! If you lose your wristband at the festival please come to the will call office and a representative will be able to assist you.  There will be a $25 replacement fee. Should you lose your wristband prior to the festival, please call immediately to order a replacement; 321-549-4204. Non-registered wristbands will incur full ticket price replacement cost.

I purchased tickets but am now unable to attend the event. Can I return them for a refund?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer refunds, as all sales are final.

Do you offer 1-Day RSVD Tickets?

Yes. There is a limited number of single day reserved tickets. Please refer to the Seating Map for availability and pricing.

Can I split my 3-DAY GA or RSVD Ticket?

Unfortunately, we do not split 3-DAY tickets into single days. You have a choice of either single day or 3-day ticket packages.

How can I renew my RSVD Seat(s) or Camp Site(s)?

Renewals are offered prior to Public On-Sale. Please refer to the website Home Page and or Facebook page for renewal period.

How do I place an order & get my tickets if I don't have an email?

If you do not have an email address, and are not interested in making one, we can still mail your wristbands to your home address. Review online what you would like to order, then we can take your order over the phone at 321-549-4204 . You can also purchase General Admission tickets at authorized ticket outlets – listed on this website.

How do I order Tickets if I am an international purchaser?

Most countries can order online. However some credit cards will not work from international addresses. In that case, please call 321-549-4204 or email info@runawaycountry.com with your requested ticket order. You will receive an invoice by email. You can then send a money order to

Why haven't I received my Wristbands?

Wristbands are scheduled to be mailed 4-6 weeks prior to the festival. If they are lost in the mail, please call the Runaway Country office 321-549-4204.

What if I am on my way to Runaway Country and forgot my wristband?

In this case, you will need to go to the Will Call/Ticket Office. A customer service rep will be able to look your order up by verifying your personal information. You will need to pay a $25 replacement fee.

PARKING

How does parking work?

You have a choice of parking options.

3 Day VIP Parking, closest to the entry gate is available for purchase; $75 plus tax for the weekend. You can purchase VIP Parking when you order your tickets. Advance purchase only as this sells out and is not available at the Festival.

Single Day VIP Parking. Follow signs to east side of venue. This is the Bill Beck Blvd. entrance across from Gateway High School. Purchase at gate, cash only. No online sales. $30 per day. Suggest early arrival.

Free Parking with free shuttles to the Festival Gate all day. Free shuttle return to the parking lot until 1:30am. Follow signs to Free Parking.

Can we Tailgate?

Sorry. Parking lots are licensed and insured for parking only. No setting up of chairs, BBQs, loitering, nor consumption of alcohol in parking lots. We have been advised this is strictly enforced. Parking lots are on school and/or public property. Violators will be towed. There are lots of great places; bars, restaurants, beer gardens, shooter bar and more to enjoy in the concert bowl.

What is the difference between VIP and General Admission Parking?

VIP Parking is a reserved area closest to the Entrance Gate. General Admission Parking or Free Parking is located on adjacent properties. Many are easy walking distance. A free shuttle will run continually from designated SHUTTLE LOT every 10-15 minutes from 11:30am-1am dropping off and picking up at the gate. This is a great way to enjoy the day.

Can we park over night?

Only Camping Car passes can park in designated areas overnight. If you need to take a cab or Uber home, please remove your vehicle as soon as possible in the morning.
