CAMPING

These sites are classified with a “WE” after the number (i.e. 1234WE). Majority of the electric sites are 30amp, however there is a limited amount of 50amp sites. These sites are available in the following sizes 20x40, 20x50, 25x55. Please refer to the Camping map for availability.

Your own private potty located in a man gated area inside the festival bowl. This potty will be yours for all 3-days of the festival. You must provide your own locker style lock.

A unique experience; Sit on stage for your favorite artists' performance(s). Stage Seats are an add-on ticket purchased in addition to Festival Admission tickets.

TICKET DESCRIPTION

RUNAWAY COUNTRY is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Each ticket purchase provides for a personal RFID Wristband that will be mailed to the address you provided at time of purchase. Wristbands are mailed approx. 4-6 weeks prior to the Festival.

Orders placed within 4 weeks of the festival are picked up at the Will Call/Ticket Office at Osceola Heritage Park.

Each shipment comes with super-easy directions to activate your wristband. Put your wristband on at home before heading to the Festival. To prevent loss or damage, your wristband must fit snug, but not so tight as to hinder circulation. Loose or dangling wristbands will be adjusted by gate staff.
When you arrive at the gate, simply tap the portal, “BING” you’re in. Wristbands CANNOT BE SHARED.

Each wristband is linked to your order and recorded in the micro- chip. Wristbands are VOID if cut, stretched or repaired. Treat your wristband as you would any other valuable. Voided wristbands will prevent admittance to the concert bowl. You must wear your wristband at all times. Okay to wear in the shower.

NEED TO KNOW TICKET INOFORMATION

We highly recommend you do NOT purchase a ticket from a 3rd party. You have no way of knowing if the ticket or wristband is counterfeit. Each wristband includes RFID technology specific to your purchase.

Children 10 and under are free to enter (without a ticket) BUT must be accompanied with a paying adult. This applies to General Admission Only. For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, children will require a ticket to sit in reserved sections. To avoid any delays at the gate, please bring valid I.D. for 10 and under.

All Camping and RV Sites require everyone in your party to have a 3-day wristband.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rain or Shine.
Ticket is for RUNAWAY COUNTRY Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. An Artist cancellation will not be grounds for refund or partial refund.
No refunds/exchanges.

Your ticket is a revocable license for the date (s) or time(s) listed on your purchase. “Management” means RUNAWAY COUNTRY LLC and their affiliates. Management reserves the right to withhold the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management.

Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, food, beverage, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. Ticket user is responsible for reviewing complete list of prohibited items on the website and posted at the entry gate and understands listed items will be confiscated and disposed of at the entry gate.

Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather and any delays however caused including but not limited to traffic delays, security checkpoint, technical failure, police action or any other cause of delay of admission to the event.

The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing hereon is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management.

Third party tickets; those purchased from other than official, authorized Festival outlets should be considered suspect. Festival does not guarantee validity of third party tickets.

Ticket user consents to Management’s use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event with no compensation for same.

CAMPING AND PARKING NEED TO KNOWS

Price is good for all weekend, NOT a daily fee

Each Campsite pass allows one (1) sleeping unit and one (steering wheel) per site.

– Campsite holder can purchase an Extra Camping Car Pass by phone order only; 321-549-4204 .
1st extra steering wheel = $25
2nd extra steering wheel = $75

Examples:
Driveable motorhome counts as a sleeping unit and a steering wheel. If you are towing a car, you will need to purchase 1st XCC: $25.00. If you have another car joining you; 2nd XCC: $75.00
Towable Trailer counts as one sleeping unit. Your car or truck towing your trailer is your one steering wheel.

If you have friends joining you with their own car, you will need to purchase 1st XCC: $25.00. Additional XCC: $75.00

Tents. Your tent is your sleeping unit, your car or truck is your one steering wheel.
If you have friends joining you with their own car, you will need to purchase 1st XCC: $25.00. Additional XCC: $75.00

If your extra car does not fit on your site, you must park in designated Extra Camping Car Pass area. (XCC)

Motorcycle counts as a steering wheel. Bicycles do not.

Something for everyone, choose from small tents to large rigs. Please refer to the camping maps to determine best campsite for you.

IMPORTANT!
Please be sure you pick the campsite that fits ALL of your gear including awnings, tie-down straps, etc.
Sites vary by size and location throughout the park.
“e” & “w” at the end of the site number designates 30amp Electric and Water service.
“e” designates 30amp electric only.
“w” designates water only.
No letter = dry camping/Primitive camping.

Pump out and water fill service is available for a fee. Phone number to order is on this site and in your welcome packet. There are no sewers or dump stations on site.

Personal generators OK until 2AM.
Please visit Lazydays to order yours early.

Small camping generators must be silent operation. Loud generators, construction generators or those causing excessive exhaust smoke are not permitted. Please be kind. Position generator exhaust AWAY from your neighbors.

Parking-
Follow signs upon arrival at event. Free parking offers shuttles from 10am-2am.
